1. The Virginia High School League Voluntary Catastrophic Insurance - provides $1M, $2M, or $3M of coverage for Virginia Middle School Students. Individual Virginia schools can purchase coverage for their students or coverage can be provided on a County or City School System basis.
2. The Individual School Catastrophic Insurance - provides $1M or $5M coverage for interscholastic and intramural sports activities and events as well as school sponsored non-sport extracurricular activity on or off school premises such as Drama Club, Chess Club and Field Trips (Class 1 coverage option). Available in District of Columbia and Virginia (call 1-800-221-3083 for Maryland).
3. Out of Season Catastrophic Accident Insurance – Catastrophic Insurance coverage for Virginia High School athletes while they are training outside the sport's normal season.
4. District of Columbia Student Accident Insurance – Voluntary Schooltime, 24-Hour and 24-Hour Dental accident medical insurance for any District of Columbia Public Schools student. Coverage begins on the date the completed Enrollment Form and payment is received by Mass Benefits.
